PupandTote is a store operated by Nova Spark Group. This Shipping Policy explains how and when your order is made, dispatched and delivered.

Free shipping

We offer free shipping on every order. There are no hidden delivery fees, and the price you see at checkout is the price you pay.

How long does delivery take?

Because our bags are handmade to order, each order is prepared just for you before it ships. Delivery is usually made up of two stages:

• Processing time: 1–3 business days (order confirmation, handmade production and personalisation, quality check and packing).
• Delivery time: 3–8 business days after dispatch, depending on your location.

Personalised and custom items (for example, a bag made from a photo you upload) may take a little longer as each one is created by hand.

Order tracking

As soon as your order is dispatched, we will email you a confirmation. You can contact us at any time if you have a question about the status of your order.
